Reunion Countdown
Bulletin Dated 6/19/25: October Reunion and Birthday Celebration - Update and Reminders
Aloha Classmates!
We hope that all of you are doing great and are excited and raring to go, as we are 3 months and 13 days away until our reunion!
Good news! Due to our commitment for the banquet night, we are able to enjoy the larger banquet room. Thank you to those who have already paid which allowed this to occur. For those who plan to attend but have not yet paid, please do so soon! We are still taking RSVP’s and payments for the reunion events until July 15th.
Also, for the Friday night Sunset Dinner cruise, more seats opened up which we were able to place ON HOLD It’s not that many so, if you are planning on participating in this event, you will need to confirm that you will be attending and send in your payment soon!
We expected this “Special” reunion celebration to be, well, BEEG! Last fall we already had over 150 people who were excited and eager to attend. However, since then the count had decreased slightly as some decided not to attend as it turns out, the classmates they hoped to see will not be attending the reunion and other reasons such as, they are afraid they would not be able to recognize their classmates or they would feel uncomfortable. In addition, due to a change in their financial and/or health status, they are unable to attend.
Although there is a slight drop in attendance, for those attending, we hope that you are looking forward to a well attended and memorable 4 days of finally seeing each other, talking story, and celebrating special memories.
In the meantime, warmest aloha, stay safe, and . . . LET’S GET EXCITED to be ready to celebrate the Class of 1968 75th and Class of 1969 74th Birthday, Class of 1970 55th and Class of 1971 54th Reunion.
